Where to look

Locality Guide

A plain-language tour of the corridors buyers actually compare: Golf Course Road, New Gurugram, Sarjapur, Nanakramguda and Lower Parel.

Sector 54 and Golf Course Road remain the established Gurugram addresses — shorter drives to Cyber Hub, higher maintenance, and almost no distress inventory.

Sector 113 and New Gurugram trade a longer commute for newer clubs and lower entry prices. Bengaluru's Sarjapur Road does the same job for families priced out of Indiranagar.

Hyderabad's Financial District and Nanakramguda suit buyers who want a new tower near offices. Mumbai's Lower Parel is a different product: smaller carpet, higher ticket, walkable social life.

Before you book

Buying Guide

What to check before paying a booking amount: RERA, carpet versus super area, possession letters, and the real cost of a home loan.

Match the project name on the RERA certificate with the brochure. Ask for the sanctioned plan, not only the sample flat.

Super built-up area is what most Gurugram price lists quote. Carpet is what you live in. The gap can be 25–30 percent.

A ready building lets you hear the neighbours and test the water pressure. An under-construction tower asks you to trust the possession month printed on the allotment letter.

Real Estate News

Short notes from the HavenNest desk: new clubhouse handovers, metro extensions, and which developers are still delivering on the quarter they promised.

Several Gurugram clubs that were marketed in 2023 are only now receiving occupation paperwork. Visit the amenity floor, not just the apartment.

Bengaluru's metro extensions are already showing up in rent conversations along the outer ring, even where stations are a year away.

These notes are part of the HavenNest demo catalogue. They are here so the Insights desk feels like a real section of the site.
